Curriculum Features

✧A local curriculum with lessons taught by native-English speaking teachers, Putonghua teachers and a rope-skipping coach every week.
✧ Designed according to the Education Bureau’s Kindergarten Curriculum Guide (2017), the curriculum is centred around children and caters for children’s developmental needs.
✧ We implement play in the classroom in conjunction with the theme-based approach and an interactive teaching method, as well as a range of integrated activities such as group activities, project studies, field trips and visits, to enhance children’s motivation and interests in learning, enrich their life experiences and broaden their horizons.
✧ Through daily routines and activities at school, we help children…

  • Develop self-care skills, good living habits and a healthy body.
  • Develop a willingness towards learning new things, the courage to face difficulties and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop respect and care for others, positive behaviour and basic social skills.
  • Develop curiosity, care and appreciation for their surroundings and the willingness to share.
  • Develop positive attitudes and values.
  • Develop self-knowledge, a positive self-image and confidence.
  • Get prepared for primary school in various aspects, including knowledge, skills and attitudes.

✧ Learning assessments are carried out periodically (once a week, once a month and once a semester) to systematically maintain observation records and continuous assessments of children’s development. We will present the report to parents on a regular basis.
