Application Procedures
(1) Get the application form
- Parents can get the application form by walk in or download from below.

(2) Apply for the admission
(a) Parents fill in and sign on the application form, submit the application in person and bring along with all the documents on service hour.
(b) Personal Information Collection Statement
- The information collected from the application form is used for processing the application only. Upon successful admission, the personal information provided may be disclosed to teachers/school staff or on-site support personnel who have a legitimate interest in the information.
- Information on unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed at the end of the semester that they apply for.
- Information on students who once studied at our school or students who withdrew after paying the registration fee / tuition fee will be destroyed in the 7th semester after the withdrawal.
(3) Interview and Announcement of Admission Results
- We will notify parents of the interview arrangements by phone or by post. We will announce the admission results of transfer students applying for a place in the current school year within two weeks after the interview. New students and transfer students applying for a place in the next school year should read the “Information on Admission Information”.
